Rip Curl undertakes to deliver you within 72h from the reception of your order confirmation by e-mail, for the following countries:

The delivery costs invoiced to the Customer are indicated at the time of the Order. They are 5€, or free from 59€ of purchase, except for the territories listed in the table below. Customs duties and taxes for shipping for the following countries and territories:

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and/or an email from DHL with the estimated delivery date. You can modify your delivery at any time using DHL’s On Demand Delivery service (DHL ODD).
ODD will send you email and/or SMS updates about the progress of your parcel, as well as the estimated delivery date and time. If this doesn’t fit your schedule, this 100% free service allows you to choose the location and time of your delivery. ODD gives you more flexibility and control over your delivery.
What is DHL On Demand Delivery?
Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD)
ODD will email and/or SMS you about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, this 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to track delivery.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and/or an email from Chronopost with the estimated delivery date.
You can modify your delivery at any time using Chronopost’s Predict** service and take control of your delivery.
What is Chronopost’s Predict** service?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and/or an email from Chronopost with the estimated delivery date. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive another notification specifying a one-hour delivery window.
Think you won’t be home when your parcel arrives? You have several options — for example, you can reschedule your delivery date or have your parcel held at a nearby pickup point.

*The day after public holidays, delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed time slot. For some coastal islands, delivery times may be extended by one day. Parcels collected on Saturdays or the day before a public holiday and destined for Corsica will be delivered on Tuesday or two days after the public holiday.
**Delivery rescheduling with Predict is available for all your Chronopost shipments within mainland France, provided that the recipient’s mobile phone number and/or email address are included on the shipping label.
